New DIP-32, or PLCC-32 Packaged AT27C010 128K x8 CMOS EPROM IC, manufactured by Atmel. Also used 27C010 150nS 128K x8 EPROMs from various manufacturers that have been erased, ready for reprogramming. New EPROMs are non-erasable, or One Time Programmable, type without a window to allow UV erasure. EPROMs are programmed with the file you upload on the next page, maximum size is 128Kbytes (1Mbit). The file must be supplied in raw binary format, data in Intel Hex or similar formats should be converted before submission to ensure the correct data is written to the IC.
