Postage rates for orders in the OmberTech online store can be estimated before checkout using the "Calculate Postage Estimate" link at the bottom of the shopping cart page. All orders are sent with Australia Post within three Australian business days of payment being confirmed, an Email will be sent to your provided address to confirm that your order has been posted.

The following is a summary of the postage services offered.

International Orders:

Postage prices for international orders are calculated depending on the weight range they fall within. These ranges are summarised below:

0 - 250g, 251 - 500g, 501g - 1,000g, 1,001g - 2,000g, 2,001g - 3,000g, 3,001g - 5,000g, 5,001g - 10,000g, 10,001g - 15,000g, 15,001 - 20,000g

Economy also has a cheaper 0 - 50g band.

Price breaks may vary slightly between countries.

Economy Postage

Economy Postage services are currently only available to a few countries.

Items sent by Economy Postage are unable to be tracked. An Item ID can be provided on request in case it is of aid for identifying items held by the customs office in the destination country etc.

Postage time is estimated by Australia Post to be 25 or more business days (20 or more business days to the USA), however this can vary significantly between different destination countries. Items may take up to 90 days to arrive.

Standard Postage

Items sent by Standard Postage can be tracked online at the Australia Post parcel tracking webpage. A tracking number will be provided in the postage confirmation email.

Postage time is estimated by Australia Post to be up to 25 business days depending on the destination country. See International delivery times at the Australia Post website for current estimations to specific countries.

Registered Postage

International Registered postage services have been suspended due to Coronavirus restrictions.

Items sent by Registered Postage use the same service as Standard Postage above, however require a signature on delivery to ensure delivery to the intended recipient. Note that signature on delivery is not available to certain countries. Signatures are also required for the Express Post service below.

Postage time is again six or more business days, as it is sent by the same service as Standard Post.

Express Postage

Express Postage is not available to some countries, as indicated in the postage calculator.

Items sent by Express Post are able to be tracked online as described for the Standard Postage service. Signature is required on delivery in supported countries - if Registered Post rates are displayed as "N/A" in the postage calculator, your country is not supported and Express Postage will not include Signature on Delivery.

Postage time is estimated by Australia Post to be up to 20 business days depending on the destination. See International delivery times at the Australia Post website for current estimations to specific countries.

Australian Orders:

Postage prices for Australian orders are calculated depending on the weight range they fall within. These ranges are summarised below:

• Letter Services: 0 - 125g, 126 - 250g, 251g - 500g
• Parcel Services: 0 - 500g, 501g - 1,000g, 1,001g - 3,000g, 3,001g - 5,000g... onwards in 1Kg increments

Letter Post

Items sent by Letter Post are unable to be tracked.

Postage time is estimated by Australia Post to be between four and seven business days.

Priority Letter Post

Items sent by Priority Letter Post are unable to be tracked.

Postage time is estimated by Australia Post to be between two and four business days.

Standard Parcel Post

Items sent by Standard Parcel post can be tracked online at the Australia Post parcel tracking webpage. A tracking number will be provided in the postage confirmation email.

Postage time is estimated by Australia Post to be two to six business days.

Registered Parcel Post

Items sent by Registered Parcel Post use the same service as Standard Parcel Post above, however require a signature on delivery to ensure delivery to the intended recipient.

Postage time is again two to six business days, as it is sent by the same service as Standard Post.

Express Parcel Post

Items sent by Express Parcel Post are able to be tracked online as described for the Standard Parcel Post service.

Postage time is estimated by Australia Post to be one to three business days.
