PLCC32 Packaged NM27C256 32K x8 CMOS EPROM IC with 250nS access time, manufactured by National Semiconductor. The EPROM is a non-erasable, or One Time Programmable, type without a window to allow UV erasure.

EPROMs are programmed with the file you upload on the next page, maximum size is 32Kbytes (256Kbits). The file must be supplied in raw binary format, data in Intel Hex or similar formats should be converted before submission to ensure the correct data is written to the IC.
